Hotel upgraded our room for free, staff was very nice and helpful, great location on Collins.

2 I Love Liquor stores down the street. Many places are walking distance so check before you hop in a cab.

Great location on Collins; walking distance to everything.
Room was VERY noisy -- there was no sound proofing. I could hear people talking in the hallways and the sound of the elevator.

We were in room 628 in the building above Nobu. Be forewarned that there is no sound proofing and it is noisy -- we could hear doors opening, people talking in the hallway, etc.

Pools and beach are awesome. Can't get enough of the upper pool though the lower pool leaves much to be desired.
The rooms do not look like the marketing images but when do they? Slightly smaller than picture and the water room is, well, not.

If you drive don't use the Valet. Drop off your bags, head up two blocks north on Collins and use the Public Parking, which is pretty much what the hotel does! Get to the pool early and get your chair. They fill up quickly! Make sure you eat the Chop Chop salad and the Fruit salad out by the pool. Best value and awesome flavor.

The staff was fantastic. Especially Jean and Ricky who were the beach staff and Dorothy Jean who was in the lobby. Those 3 made my trip comfortable and accommodated anything we needed.
I think they were a bit short staffed because we cane over the holiday season...The room was a bit sparse but other than that a great vacation.

Defitely will come to this hotel again. The food is delicious, the prices were competitive for South Beach, and the atmosphere is great!!

This hotel was outstanding!! The staff were great! The decore was amazing! The room was clean and confortable.
It was a little difficult to find and I did not even attempt to find parking.

I would highly recommend this hotel and will definately go back in the future.

Great hotel experience. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The bathtub/shower is amazing! Had a great meal at the hotel restaurant and the pool area was a nice place to relax. I also loved how beautiful it was at night. They have an outside bar and there are plenty of couches and sitting areas to relax and have a drink at night. The staff was above and beyond friendly and more than accommodating. My boyfriend and I had a great experience here and would recommend this hotel. great combination of modern sheek yet colorful and warm. very good ambience.
$30 for 2 drinks (in plastic cups)by the pool is a little ridiculous.

Great hotel. SoBeach mainstay. timeless qualities of vegetation, colorful flowers and pillows great energy.
