Beautiful room, excellent service.

This rather small hotel is nestled in a wooded area just outside of the Galleria area. It is very elegant, and befitting its 5 star rating in every way.

Wonderful stay. Would recommend.
Nothing wrong with this hotel

You can only valet park which is what you would expect with a 5 star hotel. However, one charge covers all comings and goings within 24 hour period. Nice.

Very cordial staff. Tasty creole shrimp quesadillas at the bar. Close to the Galleria. Quiet and secluded neighborhood. Fully stocked mini bar in room. Decent size flat screen for room size. Base station to charge your phone. Nice decor and atmosphere. :)
No complaints at all. Do not be cheap. Be prepared to tip. Everyone is ready to make sure your stay is pleasant and is ready to assist. Create your Starwood Hotels membership number. They own 9 hotel brands and you get points when you stay.

This is a secluded 5 star hotel in a quiet area close to the Galleria in Houston. I did not use the pool or spa. The staff is very nice. Even the appetizers at the bar were great.Room amenities were great. Iron, shoe brush, safety deposit box, radio alarm, king size beds available. Fully stocked mini bar and fridge. Comfortable bed. Clean clean clean and clean. It is not the latest in hotels but it is very well maintained an decorated. Beautiful hallways and lobby area worth of artistic photography. The staff was very friendly and the rooms/facilities were very nice.
Kind of nitpicky but the entertainment in the lounge/bar was a bit geriatric and we are in our late thirties.

The room exceeded my expectation. It was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and professional.
Parking was a little bit of a bummer. It was only valet parking at $30 a night which adds a nice little chunk to your bill if you are staying for any time.

Very beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent. I will definitely be returning.

The main lobby is under construction but this was the only drawback and it was hardly noticeable

Beautiful hotel with a gracious & attentive staff.
