The staff at the reception desk is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The concierge seemed to prejudge that as a young man I would not tip well and ignored me in favor of others.

Check-in and check-out was horribly inefficient. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes at 1 am.

The superb location - we walked across the Tower of London Bridge daily to access activities and had a beautiful view of the bridge and the Thames.
Rooms were small (by American standards).
