Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Venetian

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Clean room, nice / professional staff, pools were fun and clean, restaurants and shops were great!
Drunk people left trash around pool, could never get an adult beverage while playing slots, bathtub and shower started bubbling sewage (which they took care of very quickly!)

Overall great experience! With the exception of the bathroom sewage problem we had a great stay. The staff moved us to a new room right away once they started fixing out old room.

They put us in a room right next to the noisy AC units. Terrible view.

Public areas, pool, room size.
Towels had holes in them the day 1, stains (looked disgusting) on day 2, gave us two towels on day 3, and they DID NOT do housekeeping. I called at 1PM, 4, 5, and 6. Each time I got oh it hasnt been done yet. routine. Hairs in bathroom. Housekeeping poor.

I stayed there in April booking through hotel website - everything was simply great. This time I booked through priceline - seemed like the roo location, servcie everything was poor. And teh sad part was that the price was NO different both times about XXX/night.

The location!!! Also, it was nice to be in an all-suite hotel.
Poor signage to find your way around.....especially to your room. Also, would be nice to have more lounge chairs at the pools.

All rooms are suits.
Trash was left on our foiled hallway all day.

The cleanliness and space. Also in a good location located on the strip.
The staff was unfriendly. There's $100 deposit and $22 mandatory fee per night.

The location was convenient and the rooms were very large. There is not much to complain about.

The layout of these rooms is unmatched. You can fit a lot of people into these rooms comfortably, which basically means there is no bad room in the hotel. Beds are AMAZING, and the extra bathroom counter is very helpful when getting ready for a night out!
Hotel is starting to show it's age. A few chips in paint on the wall, bathroom towel ring broken, but honestly it's still a 5 star luxury experience

I love the Venetian and the Palazzo. Having been to most of the 5 star hotels on the strip, these rooms are great when having a girls trip. There is plenty of space to get ready, for luggage and clothing, and the beds are just so comfortable! The only thing that I wished they would have addressed when building this hotel is that the pool area simply is not big enough. There are never enough chairs to accomodate all the guests when it is 109 degrees out. They need more chairs and beds. The Palazzo pool is a bit more modern because they actually have chairs in the pool, and you can venture over there easily, but just get there early! ...read more
