Spacious room with DVD player and ipod docking station.
Check-in person was rather rude. Even though I did book via priceline I still paid almost the standard price. I understand that a strip-view room costs $45 more per night, but to put us in a room with view of the A/C units and piles of trash?

Yes, the hotel looks very nice and the location is pretty good. However, knowing what I do now, I should have rather stayed at The Quad for 1/6 of the price. I nicely asked at check-in if there was any room with a view available, as it was mid-week. She told me that would be $45/night extra and after declining she stuck us into a room on the third floor with view of A/C units and piles of trash. Did not have the sunken in living room either. Instead of two small TVs in the bedroom/living room area I'd rather have one larger one. I also see no point in having a TV in the bathroom if it can not be watched from the tub. One of the good points is that you can decline the "resort fee" of $25/day during check-in. We had internet on our phones and sure as heck weren't planning on using the gym on our vacation. ...read more

The rooms in this hotel are very large, well decorated, and clean. The views are also very nice. I didn't hear a thing while sleeping and the room darkening shades were perfect for sleeping in after a night of festivities.
As with many of the hotels in Vegas, the $25 - $28 per day resort fees are exorbitant and should be listed in the actual price of the room as opposed to an "Oh, by the way" gotcha.

We expected 2 beds but the room offered had only one queen bed and one queen pull out. We had to pay an extra $35 plus taxes a night for a room with 2 queens. We think this should have been standard in a 5 star. Made our Priceline deal not so good.
