Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Bellevue
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 1, 2013

We had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Days Inn in Bellevue the night before which was one of the most disgusting places I've stayed in, so when we were able to get into the Westin and saw how clean, comfortable, convenient it was we were so happy! It was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in and the rates were AMAZING! It's rare to find a place in the Bellevue Seattle area that has free parking for guests and doesn't have a $75-$100 pet fee. So the Westin was FANTASTIC! Thank you so much for making the end of our trip so great!

The staff is friendly and provided excellent information regarding area dining and other interests. Check in and out was quick and easy. The rooms were clean with nice linens and comfortable beds.

Hotel was Ok, Room clean, but nothing special for the price. No breakfast menu in the restaurant, only a buffet which for the light eater is just not reasonable. Wireless internet is not available free except for a limited time (and only in the lobby) so if you just want to log in to check your email in your room its $12.50 even if you use it for only ý hour. Otherwise you have to get yourself and your laptop down to the lobby, get a pass code etc then back up to the room to get on with your day. VERY annoying ...
