Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Boston Waterfront
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(16) | Solo Traveler(19) | Traveling as Couple(53) | Family with Young Children(11) | Family with Teens(8) | Senior Traveler(6) | Group Traveler(5)

Helpful staff.
Far from downtown...limited access to mini-marts/supermarkets in the area....

The hotel had really friendly staff. As always, Westin beds are simply amazing.
The hotel charged outrageous rates for both WiFi and ethernet. Also I was not allowed to buy a beer in the City Bar to take to my room, and the server at that bar was really rude to me, and talked down to me, even though I complied with the rule.

Very comfortable beds
I was VERY disappointed that there was NO Internet access included. In fact, it was very expensive at $7/hour or about $18/day. The parking was pricey too $35/day if you parked it. Add $10 for valet parking.
Base rate here is about XXX/day so if Priceline finds you a room for half that or better, not a bad deal. The World Trade Center Silver Line "T" stop is a short walk away. Good view of Boston lights at night.

Room was beautiful, very clean, service was great. I showed up around 12:30 for 3pm check-in and was permitted to go to my room immediately.
The staff was a little too aggressive. Someone knocked on my door at 9am to see if they could clean the room (check out was 12pm). Someone also buzzed themselves into my room to provide bottled water-- but I wasn't dressed and they just came right in.

No!
This hotel is not only handy to the airport, but, also to the city. It was clean, modern and well-staffed.

The Westin Boston Waterfront is a great hotel if you will be going to and from the convention center. If you are visiting Boston it is a little inconvenient because of its location. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Location to city
Paid for a king and a city view but had 2 doubles and the room faced in the opposite direction of the city and overlooked an industrial park !
