It was the best choice I have ever made on-line. I had no complaints.
That my stay wasn't longer!

It is a great selection, from amenities, the room, food and location. Restaurants and retail in the immediate area. Cost was amazingly low for what should have easly been a more expensive choice.

Very clean rooms and excellent staff.
Parking is not included in price, but was reasonable.

Hotel was very nice. Staff went out of the way to be helpful. Skywalk access to nearly every downtown location was big plus. Our destination was the Duke Energy Convention Center which was located about 3 blocks away, we were able to walk there without going outside.

Walking distance to riverfront and Paul Brown Stadium
The noise in the square kept us awake

Loved the hotel. Next time we would request a room on the opposite side of the "square" below as there were party's each night which kept us awake. The hotel clerk told us that the taxi would be about $20 from the airport. It was $40.

Very friendly toward children, I did not expect this and was very appreciative.
No vending machines for soft drinks on floor.

Did a Grandma sleepover with my granddaughter, who was celebrating her 6th birthday. The girl who registered us was extremely friendly and the kids backpack and cookies and milk sent to the room for my granddaughter was just a great touch! The room was clean and overlooked Fountain Square, so we had a great view. The pool on the top floor made my granddaughter think she was on top of the world. ...read more

The location I got the fountain view room which is really nice you can look out the window and check out the people.

This hotel is very clean and nice. The staff are very nice and the location is phenomenon. You need a key for the elevator which is great I think for security and the beds are super comfortable. Carry out store literally about 2 minutes away which is great because I needed to buy beer and chips. Also right across the street is a club called Mynt which was packed Saturday. Just remember that parking fee in the garage is $15 bucks and they do hold $50 on your credit card for damage fee but it's refundable when you check out. You can pay using cash also.
