Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Copley Place
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2012

Very busy and not particularly friendly staff. I liked having the option of not having my towels changed every day for environmental reasons, however that also meant didn't have any housekeeping either. Other hotels just leave the towels and sheets but still clean the room

I can't say enough about this hotel. From the staff, to the location, to the amenities, to the room, it was all just wonderful. The hotel is located a short walk from the Copley station and you get great views of Boston Public Library and Trinity Church on that walk. The rooms were rather large for Boston and our room had a great view of the city and the Charles. We did not take advantage of them on this trip but there was a wide array of amenities right in the hotel like the pool, spa services, fitness center, and the Kids Club. Not to mention the many dining options. We will definitely be staying here again! ...

This hotel was very nice. It has a great location with lots to do. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff knocked on our door to clean our room multiple times between 9:00 10:00 am while we were trying to sleep in! That was extremely frustrating.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was comfortable. Had a drink at bar-very comfortable. Had to self park car. They were severely understaffed re- parking. Would not stop me from staying there but not what I would expect from a Westin.

Luxurious rooms, reception area is a bit bland, excellent if you want privacy. Concierge very helpful.
