Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Copley Place
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

Great hotel, would stay there again in a heartbeat. Parked in a garage on St. James St., which was far cheaper than garage on site (very secure).

The Westin Copley was an amazing hotel. The staff was terrific. You couldn't ask for a better location and the room was big, clean and quiet. The amenities were also terrific. For example, you could rent New Balance workout gear, including clothing and shoes, for $5/day so that you could use the gym. Cuts down on the packing.

Great place to stay. Kid friendly and right in the heart of Boston. Next door to great shopping.

Dogs stay free but you must take them with you, very problematic. Not good for children. Very Corporate and dull.

Only other complaint - daily fee for in-room internet - ridiculous when any old coffee shop provides it for free. Also outrageous charges for telephone calls, especially long distance.

Hotel was located in a nice area of Boston, close to many amenities and a comfortable area to walk in (felt safe). The staff was friendly and helpful, we were traveling with our 8 month old and they had a crib to our room within minutes. Concierge was helpful. Pool was great.

Hotel was great. Understand it is a major city, but we had no options other than pay the outrageous fees.

We were three generations traveling to Boston, with an age span from 12 to 72. The hotel, room and accommodations met our expectations of a 4-star hotel. The location was excellent - we could walk to most places and public transportation was nearby, as was Amtrak. When we arrived by train, we just walked out of the station and across the street. 4 minutes later we had walked through the upscale shopping and dining complex and were at the hotel! An easy, indoor walk, even for the 72 year old in the party. We were greeted warmly when we arrived early, allowed to check in early, and were given a free upgrade to a room with an amazingly stunning
river view of Boston from the 27th floor. The hotel and room were both pristine and very well appointed. Importantly, the bed was very comfortable (and this is from a person who has a memory foam mattress at home). Later the next day when we requested a late check-out, the hotel was able to accommodate us again. The food in the Sushi restaurant in the complex was delicious and the waiter was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone from a leisure traveler with young children (or older parents) to a business traveler. ...
