Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Copley Place
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. Our room gave us a nice view of the city and did not seem to be a designated discount room. We chose to not use their parking. Although very convenient it was $47 a night whereas parking at Boston Common underground was $24. Yes, we had to walk but if your car is staying put then it's worth the savings. We got a great price on Priceline and would never pay the full price. No hotel room is worth in excess of
xxx a night. ...

Conveniently located, this upscale hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff welcoming and the service was beyond reproach. Our room was quite spacious and clean, with all of the hotel amenities that we have come to view as "standard" - minibar selections, higher thread count bedding, upscale bath products and a comfortable bed were all accounted for. We were only in town for one night, so we did not have a chance to use the fitness room, or room service. We did visit the bar in the lobby for some appetizers and a glass of wine. The service was professional. The food was OK - not great, but passable. I would definitely stay here again. ...

If you get the chance to stay here I would. It might be more expensive to stay here instead of going to Braintree but it is worth every extra dollar spent.

This is a great hotel. Check in and check out were easy. It is very close to two T stations and the T was very user-friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boston.
