It was close for my activities.

Next time I will boook directly with the hotel, Priceline was much more expensive.

The room was clean and well stocked. We even had a refrigerator. It was also a nice surprise to have such a great view of the liberty memorial.
Everything was great except we had a room with double beds. Wish we would've been able to get a king or queen room.

I love the shower heads and the comfy beds!

This hotel was beautiful, I love the greenery off fron the lobby. The staff was very pleasent and it was what I ALWAYS expect from this hotel chain!

Since 3-star hotel chains can routinely offer free wi-fi thse days, then I'm at a loss to understand why a 5-star like the Westin can't manage the same. Perhaps they figure that for their typical clientele, another $10 a night is no biggie.

The location was perfect. Crown Center is home to the SEA LIFE Aquarium and LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Not having to leave the hotel to visit these attractions was a huge plus. Just across the street is Union Station. It has restaurants and Science City.
Parking is expensive, but the fact that you don't have to leave helps.

We requested a room with two beds. Upon arrival, we were given a King "accessible" room. The front desk was helpful and explained that the since we used a 3rd party and received such a discounted rate, that we got what was left. They quickly offered a rollaway bed that was more comfortable than the King. I had no issues because we saved almost

This hotel is located just 5 minutes south of downtown Kansas City, great location for anything downtown, Crossroads, Midtown, Westport or Plaza.
The only down-side was parking. Valet parking was $21 a night; self-park was $16 a night in a confusing underground parking garage that caused you to have to walk through part of the mall to get back to the hotel.

We thought this was a great location being centrally located and close to highways. We had a wonderful room facing the Liberty Memorial and park. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. It had a table and chairs as well as a large desk and credenza with flat-screen TV and small fridge (not a useless mini-bar.) The hotel is on the northwest end of Crown Center, an upscale indoor mall, so there were many restaurant options besides the two in the hotel itself. Large, beautiful room overlooking the pool!
The elevator situation was poor. Took a long time to get up and down and was crowded.
