Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Denver Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 23, 2013

The hotel was in the middle of a large renovation project, therefore my review is based on my disappoinment with Priceline rather than the hotel. When bidding on a 4-star room and expecting certain amenities it would be nice if Priceline would advertise the amenities that would not be available. I realize things happen sometimes, however, the pool at this particular hotel was scheduled for closure and has been closed for several months. As we went with two children looking forward to swimming, this was very disappointing. With a hotel under major renovation, it can no longer be considered a 4-star hotel, yet Priceline still advertised it and sold a room as so. The hotel was very accommodating, when they found out we were looking forward to the pool and that Priceline had not communicated its closure they did not make us pay for parking ($25 per day). We have used Priceline a lot, and they completely dropped the ball with this reservation.

Our room was just perfect. We did not want for anything the entire stay at the Denver Westin. All the employees were more than happy to help with whatever request we had. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate. Could not ask for a better hotel experience.
