Fantastic location at a great value!
Take SBahn train S8 or S9 from FRA to the Konstablerwache station for easy access from airport. Hotel just a 2 minute walk up the street.

The location was good.
I did not find the people in general to be friendly and helpful. Some were and some weren't.
After being at a wonderful 4 star hotel in Salz burg (for less money),
I was disappointed with this hotel. It had a cold atmosphere and all business. They were more concerned with the money than the people, but I guess that is the German way!

Location, room size, very good beds, very quiet.
Carpet had stains.
I am recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to Frankfurt and needing to move around downtown. Subway station is next door but location of Hotel is also very convenient for people who like to walk to their city destinations.

cooling system was not operational and hotel windows did not open
perhaps it was due to change of season but room was uncomfortably warm yet staff could not fix the problem
