Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.September 11, 2006

JW Marriott is better than the Westin in all aspects. The Westin is not a bad hotel, but it's not as good as it's supposed to be. If you like the location of Westin, you may want to stay at the Sheraton across the street (they have better food, too!)

This property must be ranked as one of the top ten best places to stay in Thailand. Centrally located and convenient to public transportation, it provides a haven of comfort and privacy in the middle of a noisy, busy city.

The hotel staff is very attentive to all if your needs. The room was always made up quickly in the morning and in the evening the staff checked the room and turned down the bed. The furnishings and rugs are all in clean and modern. Lobby is wide open and well decorated. The restaurant on the lobby floor has a wonderful banquet that shouldn't be missed.
