The Westin Hotel Galleria Dallas

Very convenient location as it is attached to The Galleria in Dallas. You will find plenty of dining options, shopping options and entertainment nearby. We walked to nearby stores outside of the The Galleria and felt very safe in the environment. Overall trip experience was net neutral. Prior to trip, I called Priceline for assistance revising my travel itinerary...the agent did not book the closest Westin location for me, which I unfortunatly didn't realize until the day before my trip. While I accept parital responsiblity, I was looking for their expertise, and I also missed out on trip/bundle pricing due to booking agent incompetence. Suggest booking direct with Westin in future,as I'll be personally boycotting priceline after this negative customer experience. The Westin Galleria is a great location for a girls shopping trip to Dallas. It is located adjacent to the Galleria and a perfect paradise for Dallas shopping. You can head to the mall, drop off your bags in your room, and head out to dinner. We love the Westin.

room facing tollway was pretty traffic noisy, sunday morning. however, the likes: discount card for shopping in mall - access directly to mall, once parked. finding the purple garage was a bit difficult because its such a sharp 90 degree turn when you enter & the arrows they use to point you seem to coincide with the blue garage directions & then oh! its too late... now that i've got the way figured out, yes i would stay again, but would ask for a room not by ice machine & not facing tollway...would they comply? we can only wait & see ...read more

Great rooms and its inside a huge mall.

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The floor we were on was secure. We had to use the room key to get to the floor and that helped me feel safe.Check in and check out were fast and easy. The employee giving us a bottle of water was nice when we arrived. I enjoyed the window seat in the room.
