The only con I could possibly speak of is maybe the bar/lounge area could maybe stay open a little later. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's across the street from great shopping and eating establishments and right next to the interstate for convienice. I seriously doubt you could find a much better staff!

The hotel didn't feel very warm or inviting from the minute we entered it. As mentioned, had bad experience with the second morning in-room beverages. Entering the hotel from the south - there was no way to turn into hotel - you had to go another couple blocks and do a uturn at a very busy intersection beneath a very busy interstate 10. Would not look forward to staying there again - just wasn't impressed. ...
