Overnight parking fees are to high.

Large spacious lobby with seating areas. Near airport but not too noisy. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Clean room good beddings.

Nothing to dislike except slow wi-fi at public areas.

4-star quality conveniently near LAX and freeway for easy in and out. Large hotel but not noisy or crowded. Friendly staff. moderately-priced restaurant with good quality food. Room is clean, bed and beddings very comfy.

The reception desk is awful, put the wrong room number on card.

I stay at Westin LA Airport on 2012/04/27. The reception desk staff was awful, put the wrong room number on room card. What's worse, their supervisor just denied it and argued it with me..

The beds...the heavenly mattresses.

Air circulation..windows cannot open on 10th floor.

Westin does a good job in this location.

Pillow-top mattress.

$24 self-parking fee.

The most important thing is restful night - the pillow-top mattress delivers that. 2nd is a clean room and bath. Anything else is nice, but not required. Stayed in the "middle" portion (room faced west), and the room was relatively quiet.
