AWFUL! For a 27 floor hotel to have only 2 registrations desk is not acceptable. Bath/shower quickly filled with about 6 inches of water that would not drain when showering. Valet was $60, way too high. When I got my car back the next morning the carpets were filthy! They were so bad they had to be shampooed and it barely got the blacktop stains out. I will never stay here again! ...

Valet parking is a ripoff - $59 daily! And they don't know how to park a car - they scratched my wheel. They should offer a self parking option if they don't know how to properly drive and park a vehicle without damaging it. If not, they should at least apply some of the money they charge toward driving and parking lessons for their valet staff! Hotel is average - nothing special. In my opinion it should not be a 4 star hotel. It doesn't have a pool. Cleanliness leaves a lot of room for improvement (no pun intended). The desk chair and other chair had stains on them! That is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody else.

We were there for 3 nights, had great room very comfortable, clean, it was a view of the parking garage across the street, but we did not come for the scenery. Short walk to anything that you wanted, shopping, food, transportation.
