so pleasant---since they said a wedding was being held, lots of guests staying, they upgraded our room, no charge, to the starwood rooms, a suite--large foyer, closet, huge bath, with sofa and chairs---perfect.
great hotel, close to Morristown, Madison, and nyc--loved the lobby with exquisite chandeliers. Have stayed there often, and were glad that this hotel came up on our Priceline express stay reservation

The bed is wonderful. The towels were great.
There were two weddings booked that evening and we were awakened to loud distrubances from 11pm- 3am! We alerted the front desk twice, but the noise continued. Not a good sleeping night. At check out were told we were not the only ones complaining.
The hotel is beautiful, however they need better security for the guests at the hotel. Since we booked thru priceline, and not them directly, I felt we couldn't press for a refund. Eventhough we deserved it. They did offer breakfast but that really could not compensate for the poor night we had.

The room was spacious and the staff was great.
I thought the bathroom floor was not as shiny clean as I would like.
Morristown is a great town --lots to do. The hotel was well located and the rooms were very spacious.

The bed was very comfortable, and the towels plush. The heating unit is quiet. The staff was extremely accommodating!
It was somewhat noisy. You could hear the plumbing/shower, and of course door slamming. The bathroom's marble floor was stained especially around the toilet area. They tried to clean it, but it appears to be permanent.

Great beds in room & excellent fitness facility.
Tiny bathroom.
Very happy that the hotel provided shuttle service to a local event I was attending. Overall a very nice place.

the room i was in had an air handler directly above and it interfered with my sleep.
