Location! on the edge of the quarter but definitely within walking distance of everything
nothing, it was all perfect
Not a thing was missing, the experience was perfect. The view of the city, the Mississippi River and proximity to all the great spots made this stay unbelievable.

The parking was very pricey, and the attendants were not helpful. The room service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to get two drinks.

Great room. Great view. Very clean. Good walking distance from French Quarter.
Parking fee stinks, but it's the best around (we looked hard). The act of parking itself was somewhat confusing with multiple ramps. Multiple elevators to get to hotel room is mildly inconvenient. Wish room had a fridge, but no real complaints.

the room had a great view of the river and the westin let us do an early check-in and held our bags for a late checkout! so worth it!
pool wasn't big or anything nice- was looking forward to a 4 star pool and got a 1 star
great stay and experince. awesome staff and very helpful. the view and location were the best!

The hotel for the most part was incredible. The only thing, which is small, they had failed to put the coffee in our rooms that is customary. The staff fixed it ASAP though.
If you are looking to experience the French Quarters in New Orleans then this is the place. Not just in walking distance, but literally in the middle of the famous and culturally saturated area.

Hotel was excellent, clean, staff were great would not hesitate to stay at the Westin again.
I loved everything about the hotel and I am a stickler for clean baths and bed linens.
We were in walking distance to most all of the aera attactions. Good food was close at hand or just a few block away.
