What I liked best was the friendly staff.
The Hotel was rated 4 stars and I guess my expectations were set very high. Very nice hotel and very clean. The room decor did not have a 4 star look.

The hotel staffs are very nice!
The hotel is totally disappointing me. It is so dirty. I spent a night there, and I feel so itching on my whole body! The toilet had some stain in it, and the furnitures in the room were so old and had dust!

We love everything about the Westin Park Central..
Everything was just as we expected..we ALWAYS stay here.. for years and years..
Right by 635 AND Central Expressway.. couldn't BE a better location..

It was not a 4 star quality hotel. Just be side it is a Westin hotel does not mean it is awesome. It's old and out dated!
This hotel was probably nice 15 years ago. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated and nothing special. It would be a 3 star, not a 4 star in my opinion. For the Priceline price, it's ok, but I would never pay over
XXX a night for this particular Westin.

Terrific hotel in every way. An exceptional value. Ask for high up room facing North. Only drawback is moderate difficulty reaching hotel site on first visit. I have been there dozens of times.
Slight difficulty reaching site first time, but definitely worth the effort.
This is a fine hotel and an exceptional value to the traveler. Staff, cleanliness, location in the city, and amenities are what one would expect of a four-star property. My favorite value on Travelocity.
