Couple
The room was a bit on the small side, but it was still very pleasant. We had a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly rude, so I had to rate my overall experience a 5. I have never encountered such rude attitudes. I would have rated my experience a 9 otherwise.

Family Traveling with Young Children
While my children loved this hotel for the amazing views, the room was dated and could use a good cleaning. Certainly didn't look like the rooms that are posted on the site. The bathroom was the size of a closet. Things that were suppose to be standard in the room such as plush bathrobes and such were not there. Definitely not enough to keep us from returning but wish that what was advertised was what we got. ...

Hotel put us on the very first floor of guest rooms and next to the Elevators. When asked about moving they said they had nothing else available.

very comfortable bed!
My husband and I loved the beautiful view and the very comfortable bed. It provided a very romantic evening; and thanks to Priceline.com, it was VERY economical.
