Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Phoenix Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.December 3, 2012

This is definitely the epitome of an upscale hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were quite spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows gave quite a view, and the room even had an eco-friendly feature for saving electricity! This is a great place to get away, even if you live nearby.

My wife and I took a much needed vacation after 10 years married. Couldn't have chosen a better place.

Very nice overall. Convenient, staff was professional. Definitely for the upper-scale traveler. Not sure for families, hotel food was too pricey.

The hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is provocatively friendly. The rooms are enticing and roomy, There was a fridge and safe for valuables in our room. The heavenly beds are just that. I noticed on the lobby level you never waited nore that 5 to 10 seconds for an elevator. and on our floor no more than 15 seconds. It is also quiet. The lobby has soothing therapeutic music playing. The out side courtyard ( adjacent to the restaurant) where you can eat is beautiful with a lava rock fire pit and tall space heaters for the coll evenings. and a soothing water fall. The restaurant I believe the providence is excellent out of our 6 day stay we ate there 5 times. The staff treat us like royalty , I highly recommend. ...

I
am a fan of Westin hotels. this location has new large rooms but the public space is limited.
I would stay again when in Phoenix.
