Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Phoenix Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(6) | Solo Traveler(2) | Traveling as Couple(8) | Family with Young Children(1) | Family with Teens(1) | Group Traveler(1)

The decor was so incredible and extremely clean. I was lucky enough to be poolside with Mumford and Sons, which was a real added bonus. Lucky me!
The valet was almost $30 and I had no idea till it was on the bill. Guess I should have asked.
I don't have a complaint about the Westin, other than it's not around much that's walking distance. If you need or want anything, you'd better make sure to bring it because there's not even a Circle K that's close.

The parking is a problem. Valet is 28.00 dollars and the hotel has no parking you have to park down the street in a public parking garage

Location, ambiance. Very well kept.
The tub was tiny and the pool was very small. Granted it can't have a big pool but it wa basically a baby pool.
Very nice hotel. I would stay here again just wouldn't plan on using the pool.

Yes, The it was in walking distance of our location. we're on the very top floor with beautiful views.
we could not find the public parking. the rate for valet parking was way too expensive. if you're spending the night, the rate for valet parking should be half of what they charged.

Even though it is in downtown Phoenix, it is quiet and has a "tucked away" feel.
While it accepts pets, it is difficult to know where to walk the pet.
The restaurant and bar staff were wonderful!

The layout of the suite was beautiful! Very elegant.
This is definitely the epitome of an upscale hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were quite spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows gave quite a view, and the room even had an eco-friendly feature for saving electricity! This is a great place to get away, even if you live nearby.
