Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Just renovated, right downtown Portland.
Parking was way too expensive. $34 per night.

Excellent value if you take the train into town and don't drive.

No detail was overlooked with this hotel. Very classy and stylish, but comfortable.
Absolutely nothing!

The location.
$12 a day for internet access.

Not as upscale as one would expect for a 4 star. Amenities such as alcohol and internet overpriced. The overnight parking was about $10 higher than other surrounding structures.

Very fresh, new, updated and
wonderful staff.
Expensive Internet
service and expensive parking.

I did at a very good rate - make sure to factor in the yesteryear charges for Internet usage, and if you have a car, the expensive parking rates. For parking, you can part down the street for a lot less. But any number of coffee shops in the area have free WiFi(I know it's not the same). But the service, staff and rooms were excellent 4-5 star.

We were asked if we would like to upgrade for 20 bucks to a corner room, it was so worth it, amazing views, floor to ceiling windows, amazing shower!
Internet should be free, local calls should be free also!

The room was quiet, the most important feature, aside from bed comfort, which was excellent by the way.
Couldn't get cell phone reception in my room but, hey, who cares. There's always the lobby.

Had a shower and a bath tub.
The shower was a bit moldy and when lightly rubbed it came off black on my fingers.

Overall, great value. $12.95 for internet was steep as well as the valet parking at $35.

Even though the Westin is a quality brand, I was so surprised to have a room with no sound insulation. Every sound from my neighbors could be heard, including the flushing of the toilet and the running of sink water. This is substandard for any deluxe hotel

The bathroom was amazing!
Nothing that I can think of.

The bathroom was
huge and the staff was so friendly. The restaurant and bar looked very cool, but we had reservations elsewhere. There was nothing about this place that I did not love!

The bed was luxurious and comfortable.
No pool / hot tub.

Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. No hassles at all for our quick 1-night stay. Check out time is 12:00 noon. The bed was wonderful. Had Happy Hour drinks and snacks at the bar downstairs. The staff there was excellent and friendly as well, and the food/drinks were original and tasty.
