Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Riverwalk San Antonio
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(6) | Solo Traveler(12) | Traveling as Couple(61) | Family with Young Children(36) | Family with Teens(12) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(9)

A flawless experience, from valet to checkout. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Love the location. Staff gave my two kids explorer bags at check in, so so cute!

Always very clean, staff is friendly and helpful.
I had to use valet parking since the parking garage was no longer taking self service users and they charged an outrageous $38 for less than 12 hours! This is excessive even for that area of San Antonio.

It is a true four star hotel not like some others that I have booked through priceline that look like 3 star hotels that are advertised as 4 star.
I wish the beds were queen size beds in my 2 bed suite instead of full but that's just being picky. They were very comfortable.
I go to San Antonio every year and I book through priceline. I have been lucky enough to stay at the Westin hotel twice and have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. Everything Is where it needs to be, its clean, and the staff is tremendous. As far as saving money at the hotel I don't order anything or buy anything extra from them.

The manager saved the day.
I called the hotel twice after booking to ensure that I had a double bed room. During my second call I was assured that I had a double room. Later that week when we checked in, I did not not get what I asked for.
Please call the hotel before checking in to ensure that your accomadations are correct.

Very nice hotel.
They tried to book a family of 4 with a king bed and refused to move us to a room with 2 doubles because we booked through 3rd party priceline. I had to get very upset with front desk person and insist on a room with 2 doubles. This was very upsetting.

It was so close to the River Walk.
Everything is pretty good,
Hotel was awesome, parking across the street was even better. The best part of the deal was the proximity to the River Walk.
