We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived.

The woman who was checking us in noticed that it was my daughter's birthday and asked if she could send something up. A few hours later, a beautiful tray with fruit a chocolate cake and Haagen Dazs ice cream came. About two minutes after that was dropped off the phone range. It was the young man who had dropped off the dessert asking if we needed more sivlerware because he had brought enough for two people and noticed that we had three. Such thoughtful and excellent service. Our room was emmaculate, the hotel was quiet, the view was wonderful. I would stay here again anytime. ...read more

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were great.
I did not like lying from the staff. When originally called we decided to stay at that hotel because of the availability of a riverside room. I checked in after paying for both nights up front and was told that a riverside room was not available.

Hotel is beautiful but the service was not so great. With all of the confusion we were granted a $50 food and beverage charge. Upon receiving the bill for food I noticed the $48.00 food charge (even though we were granted the food/beverage credit). They had to call the supervisor who granted the credit (whom by the way was not on shift that morning) for permission to take the money off of our bill. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel to have so much disorganization and for that reason I more than like will never stay here again. The disappointment, lying and choas is not worth going through again. ...read more

The location.
The room not being ready when we arrived and sending us to an unclean room to start. The bed my husband and I slept in was not good. We were both rolling into the center of it.

We arrived at 3:00 p.m. checkin time and are room was not ready. I waited an hour and they told me my room was ready. I arrive at the room and it had not been cleaned. I went back to the front desk and the staff apologized and left to go check on the matter. She advised us that she would credit our account for $75.00 for dinner at their restaurant. We were credited for our full dinner and a drink which was more than the $75.00. The front desk staff was very nice. I noticed other people who were checking in at 4:30 p.m. also did not have their room ready. Trash needed to be emptied out on balcony where people wait. Empty tray of chocolate wrappers in front of checkin desk. They have plenty of bellhops and valets, but they must need more maids. ...read more

location was great
we asked for extra blankets and they brought us dirty blankets. One had a blood stain on it-- yuck!

The staff was helpful and they had a parking garge across the street with reasonable parking cost compared to the hotel. The bloody sheet was nasty and disgusting

Great staff.
Room was not ready at check in. Found glassware behind the drapes, room not cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was cold, tasteless and over priced! $50 for 2 - basic continental breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. Great price through Price Line. Most of the staff very helpful and outgoing. Disappointed in the breakfast food at the in house restaurant. Over priced. Location was great for our event at the Alamoe Dome.

The check-in time was 3:00pm, but I could not check in until nearly 5:00pm. Staff compensated me with a credit, but I was a little frustrated because I was unable to go anywhere while waiting for the room to be readied.

The location was great! The staff was friendly & helpful!
We had to spend $30 per night to park.....that is a bit much, especially since we walked to most places.

Easy access to river walk.
If you use more than one small bottle of in room water, you have to pay for it.
