Nice to be downtown. Rooms are nice. Gym facility was nice.
Getting into the parking is an ordeal. I drove around the block about 6 times before I could figure out how to get in. Parking is also expensive. $24 for self park per day and $32 for valet.
Good for business travel.

No free wifi?? Starbucks is free, McDonald's-free, comfort inn-also free. Seriously, this nice of a hotel charges $16 a day for wifi??

The hotel had a wonderful location. Within walking distances to restaurants and entertsinment. I also liked the staff: friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately the locstion of the hotel is in an area where there are many homeless and upon entering and leaving guests were sometimes approached for hand outs by panhandlers.
Great downtown location near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Great customer service acclamated staff, attentive and professional. Beautiful hotel, common areas clean and well maintained, rooms beautiful, clean and neat!

The location was convenient to the freeway and local attractions. Very comfortable bed.
The parking fees were high.
Mostly friendly staff (one female concierge was not friendly or helpful at all) who are ready to help and answer questions. Nice lobby and good music and ambiance in the lobby bar. Convenient location to walking to various attractions near downtown.
