the location
I did not like the way it was handled by the manager nor by the rest of the staff the fact that 2 of my bracelets were taken away from where I had left them in the washroom. At no moment in time they apologise to me or gave me any word of support.
The staff is not customer service oriented at all, light years from my recent experience at the Shangri-la in Hong Kong!! The kitchen was dirty, the floor poorly cleaned and still with food remainders from the previous guest. Both things unacceptable in the hotel like this one! I was extremely disappointed and will avoid in the future any stay in Marriotts!
