Hotel Guest Reviews of the Towneplace Suites By Marriott Atlanta/Northlake
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 25, 2013

Good for couples traveling who want a good room for a good rate. Across street from Northlake Mall.

I would NOT recommend this hotel until it is renovated. The room was dated, the mattress ripped, and the pillows smaller than those you take in the car.

Very accessible to major roads/highways, near to malls/shopping center. Has friendly staff. We stayed in a suite so we cooked our own food for dinner. Will stay in this hotel again.

Pretty decent room; free parking & internet. "Grap and Go" breakfast provided in so-called "lobby" is very inconvenient. No where to sit & eat; you have to schlep back to your room juggling breakfast items while trying to get through the card-key locked door. They do provide free USA Today papers, though.

The area was very convenient, the room neat and clean at a first glance. But if you take a second look you will notice that the top of the inner part of the shower curtain had black stains. When you open the door the smell of wet and damp hit your nostrils. I think the room needs aerating more. It was two of us at the desk but we had one chair, we received a second after asking for one. The mini continental breakfast in the morning was not bad but it lacks protein if you are watching what you eat. This room fits the business traveler who is out all day comes in eat sleep, uses his computer, crashes on the bed to sleep and gets up in the morning uses the small stove to heat some food then off again to the daily grind. I give this room 2 stars.
