Hotel Guest Reviews of the Towneplace Suites By Marriott Boise
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 16, 2013

Hotel was located right down town but landscaping was beautiful and didn't feel crowded. The restaurants were very close and easily accessible. Plenty of parking.

Good as it gets for the price. About average on the breakfast. Excellent if you are going to have business at the college.

I chose this hotel because it was central to the business I had to conduct but was happy to find that it was within easy walking distance to the Morrison Center, which often features musical performances. I will choose this hotel for my future business and personal travel.

Beds are impossible to sleep in. I'm in remission for cancer and my fiancé is a disabled veteran. These beds are so lumpy and cheap we were miserable. You'll get a better quality mattress in a Super 8.

Do not forget to put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign! We normally put that on the door right away, but forgot to put it out this time. In the morning, the maid did not knock, instead there was a quiet tapping that sounded like she was knocking on a door nearby. I was in that space between sleep and awake, headed back to sleep at this point. Since it didn't sound like she was outside our room, we didn't answer her. Then our door opened. Luckily we had the bar latch engaged, but you can't see the door from the bed. There was a moment of panic as I tried to remember if I had actually engaged the latch. I had, so she wasn't able to actually come into the room. However, being woken up at 9am on a Saturday with a panicky feeling is not my idea of a good time. ...
