If you are interested in salt-water aquariums, then this tour is definitely something that you cannot afford to miss! The handheld recorders that tell you about each stage of the exhibit are wonderful because you can listen to any part you would like to and set your own pace as opposed to a live tour guide. If there are certain aspects to the tour that you are very interested in, you can spend as long as you would like to on that section or skip over a section that is not interesting. It is by far the best attraction at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, except for perhaps the buffet.

Being hard of hearing, I was not able to hear the boxes very well.

Very interesting, especially the fresh/saltwater alligator. I didn't know there was one that could live in salt water and fresh water.

The shark reef exhibit was cool, well-priced, but ended too soon!

Great to see sea creatures in the "wild," however the price of admission is prohibitive, especially when you're hauling around six kids.

This is one of the best aquarium expiriences I have ever seen. I truly enjoyed the complete immersion in the environment.

It was very crowded. Son was in wheelchair - hard to get around.

It was amazing to see the sharks up close like that, and also all the other fish and sea creatures. And the exibit was very educational, loaded with fun facts about the sea creatures.

The Shark Reef was amazing. The setup was incredible. My favorite part was toward the end of the tour when they allowed you to pet a stringray.

Great self-guided tour. Learned a lot and saw a lot. It was well worth the money and I would do it again.

During my stay in Las Vegas, I went to the Shark Reef, the place was unreal. It's underground ship with glass all around. The different species of fish were unreal. Everbody gets a passport with the names of the fish and sharks are swimming all around you. What a site to see! The talking show at the begining was really interesting. I would recommend it to everyone.
