From the "first-rate temporary exhibits" to a permanent collection that's strong on "fabulous" works by BC artist Emily Carr, "the curators do a wonderful job" at this "lovely" Downtown museum; though size queens "wish it were bigger", admirers assert that it's "attractive for locals and world travellers alike", particularly if you refuel in the "great cafe" or go on a pay-what-you-wish Tuesday evening.
