There's "nothing common" about chef-owner Craig Common's "true gem" of a seafooder "stashed away" an hour's drive from Detroit in "quaint little" Chelsea; all agree the drawback of "long waits" caused by the reservations policy (only for six or more) is overcome by the "meticulously" crafted cooking, which extends to meat dishes, as well as the "bustling" atmosphere and "good-humored service."
