Once in a blue moon you find a "place that has it all": "superb" seafood, an "incredibly accommodating staff" and "killer views" of the Intracoastal ("sit outside and watch the yachts go by") – so it's small wonder "fish aficionados" have voted this Lauderdale-by-the-Sea location Broward County's Most Popular, even if it's "a little expensive"; while not on the water, its younger cousin is one of "Coral Springs' finest", and both offer "the most amazing brunch on Sundays."

Make "no bones about it" – there's "nothing on the menu you'll throw back" at these "casual, comfortable" seafooders; converts "can't believe it's a chain" (owned by Outback, no less), given the "intimate" atmosphere and "pleasant" servers who "know their fish"; perhaps it's a bit "predictable", but the principal problem with these "popular" poissoneries is, you gotta "go early or late or expect a wait."
