From "wake-up to sleepy time", this "smashing", "family-friendly resort" is "heaven on earth" with "gorgeous pools and gardens", "excellent tennis facilities", a "phenomenal spa" and a "pleasant stretch of beach" "on a private island" that are as good as the staff that delivers "before you even have a chance to ask"; although a few say the "limited restaurant choices" offer only "adequate" fare, others say don't miss the "insane football stadium–size brunch" or "trendy", "new burger bar, Dune."

A "unique course" that "juts out into Biscayne Bay" just 25 minutes from South Beach, this "splendid walk in an unspoiled park" – i.e. "through a mangrove swamp" – boasts "breathtaking views of Miami's skyline"; "tropical fauna, iguanas and birds roam" the "tough, slightly mounded, water-laden layout", and while the muni facilities are "nothing special", it's a "good dollar value" overall, so just do "après-golf at the beach."

Pacific white-sided dolphins and a killer whale put on "splashy shows" at this longtime Key Biscayne attraction, which also offers "below-ground aquarium views" of "divers feeding fish" plus presentations on sharks, crocodiles and more; critics say it's "in need of a face-lift", but recent upgrades have included a renovated manatee exhibit; N.B. ask about the two-hour Dolphin Encounter, a pricey package that culminates in a swim with the friendly mammals.
