"save room for the cheesecake" – if you can.

"Consistency abounds" at this "can't-go-wrong" steakhouse chain that pairs "well-prepared" chops that "hang off the plate" with "seriously powerful martinis"; "arm-and-a-leg" pricing comes with the territory, of course, along with a "Saran-wrapped presentation" of raw meats (accompanied by an instructional "recitation" by the waiter) – so despite "terrific" service, some "could do without the dog and pony show"; N.B. a Miami Beach branch opened in fall 2009.

"Meat lovers on a budget" report that this "midtier", Aussie-themed chain chophouse provides terrific "bang for the buck", not to mention "basic" steaks and "hefty sides" (the famed bloomin' onion supplies "a week's worth of calories" in a single serving); it's "not known for subtlety" – starting with the "overly friendly, chat 'n' squat" service – but when you "don't want to splurge", it's a "decent" enough option.

"It may be a chain", but it's a "well-oiled" one and "always busy" thanks to its "tasty", "reliable", "modern" Chinese fare ("check out the lettuce wraps") served in a relatively "upscale" environment that's "loud" but "fun"; just be aware that service "varies", and the wise advise "make reservations or you'll wait"; N.B. a new kids' menu helps the bottom line; the Pinecrest venue was recently remodeled.
