You'll "step back in time" as you enter this "incredibly beautiful" British "landmark" with "gorgeous" Inner Harbour views, a "postcard-perfect" setting and a "can-do" staff"; it takes "plenty of walking" to "get anywhere" inside this "rambling" hotel, but find your way to the "best high tea" ("you must try it before you're dead") and the "lovely blue tile pool"; even if some complain this "grand lady" is "stuffy", she's still the "queen of hotels in BC" and "not just a tourist destination."
