With a new name that reflects chef Christophe Grosjean's dedication to fresh vegetables, this "luxurious" 12-table establishment in the "exclusive" L'Auberge inn remains one of the "best in Carmel", thanks to "out-of-this-world" "nouveau" Cal-French dinners served by a "spot-on" staff; the portion police quip "don't forget your magnifying glass", while others warn "if you have to ask how much it costs, don't bother", but most agree it's "perfect" for a "grown-up special occasion."
