Situated in a breeze-fueled prairie landscape, this frequent home of the Colorado Open is a "nice Perry Dye track" that's "interesting for the average player" with its "variety of holes" and "easy-to-get-to" location near Denver's airport; it's "usually in good shape", and there's also a grass driving range and golf academy to help you get the best "bang for your buck"; P.S. "play it now before all the development is finished."
