Room was quiet. bed was comfortable.
Unfriendly, indifferent, unhelpful hotel staff.
Abigail's did not live up to our expectations in most ways. The location was not close to downtown inner harbor. The room was smaller than the photo on their website would you believe. The love seat was just a few inches from the fireplace, not much use if the fireplace was actually lit! We had a nice view of someone being arrested on the street beneath our balcony early one morning, otherwise their was no view from our room The hotel staff could not have been more cold, indifferent and unhelpful. They actually gave us misinformation regarding transport to Buchard's Gardens, and were sarcastic as well. The breakfast, while well served, stressed presentation over the food itself. Overall, not a good value for the money spent. We would not wish to return. read more

Jacuzzi tubs, nice bedding, very accommodating staff.
4 flights of stairs with no elevator, but they are trying to be authentic old-world
Very wonderful hotel. A bit pricey, but the rates may be the same for other hotels in the area.

Very serene and comfortable. The staff were most helpful in making reservations and suggestions.
A little pricey.
Great central location for activities in town and around the bay. Victoria's a beautiful city and Abigail's is a romantic, peaceful, beautiful part of the city. The staff are very accommodating. Definitely, not a place for a TV fanatic
