The hotel was clean, the food was slightly overpriced but tasty. I enjoyed the size of the workout room and the view of a white Buffalo.
Parking cost way to much, and everything within walking distance of the hotel closes at 6pm. If only buffalo could stay open till 8pm.

The hotel was quality. The rooms were clean, the view was nice and the extras were comforting. The pool seemed huge, and the work out room had everything I needed to keep my workout up to date. Though the restaurant had a limited and over priced menu. I had to eat due to a blizzard and learned its burgers are quite tasty but not ten dollars tasty. The only big negative is the parking. I would actually skip to another location but if I had no car and money for a cab, I would hit up this location. read more

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.
Noise from I-190 was very pronounced.

Hotel was neat and clean, but rooms were small, and furniture & carpets were worn. Even on the 8th floor the rooms were very noisy due to the proximity to I-190.

Nice staff.
Did not like everything else.

Industrial convention hotel stuck in the 70's with none of the moving parts working as well as they should.

Restaurant choice was limited.

This is an older hotel that is starting to show its age. It is located very near the local jail and courthouse so there were many questionable people in the area. I did not feel safe going out of the hotel at night and in the parking garage.

Great location.
Dirty and moldy.

You know it has a great location and friendly staff but the rooms are shabby and the bathrooms is disgusting. My bathroom was full of mold. The carpet in the room was dirty. What more can I say.

Awesome entry way and ballroom. Location was convenient to business travel purpose.
I thought the food prices were high.

While the lobby gives the impression of ultra-glitz, I thought the room was average for the level the hotel was supposed to be. Prices for parking and food were high. The room was comfortable, and convenient to the convention we attended. We were disappointed the hotel did not offer complimentary continental breakfast to guests, since that is usually typical of this level of hotel. I also did not see a lot of handicapped accommodations, particularly for conference attendees. read more
