Price was unbeatable. Clean. Comfortable beds.
Food selection. But then again, it's Buffalo.

Excellent value for the money. I've stayed at pricier hotels which were worse. Convenient to all. Clean. Nice, spacious lobby. Accommodating bar and restaurant. Free parking a PLUS!

The beds were very clean & comfy.
The noise in the hallway carried into the room, loudly.

This is an older hotel & it needs a few things done to upgrade it a little but the staff was polite & helpful, the bed was very comfy & had nice crisp sheets on it. There was a full service breakfast downstairs for a few & I found it to be quite good. I only had breakfast there & some drinks one night. I did find that any noise in the hallways carried into the rooms very loudly. I do blame guests, when you come in at 1:30 am, why are you talking in loud voices & why do people let their young children run up & down the halls at 7:30 am? But like I said, that is rudeness on the guests part. read more

Clean rooms.
Pool was closed and
I had to pay parking fees 20 dollars.

Clean, good location.
I didn't like paying the 10 dollars a day parking.

Friendly workers.
Parking was not free.

This hotel is clean and the front desk workers are very friendly and helpful. When I got to my room there was a very strong odour of smoke. This was a smoke free room and floor. I went to the front desk and told the clerk and she was very apologetic and got me another room.

This hotel was great for the rate I paid.
The housekeeper didn't know how to clean.

The location is great, for shopping, and a dining or a show. Close to the train and bus station. Fifteen minutes away from the airport. Very close to the interstate. The staff was very friendly. It's an older place, but you can see it was nice in it's day.
