Location, friendly staff.
Room condition was less than superb, bath room wall show clear water stains, outdated furnishing.

Overall a good stay; very friendly staff members, nice lobby and restaurant; room condition was just ok. Location was very good, 5 minute walk to the canadian consulate.

Location to HSBC arena.
Noise from hallway.

Hotel is okay. It is older but reasonably clean and looked after. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I was attending another event at the HSBC Center I would stay there again.

The infrastructure is lovely.
This was like being stuck in a frat party.

To date in my life, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would never return to Adam Mark based on my experience there this trip! Noisy, dirt, out of control. I got no sleep, did not feel safe. No one there asked about our stay.

Grand outlook but that's it.

Room is smelly, drapes have big stains which should be easily clean but not done. Bedsheets has stain, washroom is small, towel quality is poor like one star. Dinning is expensive like 4-5 star.
