Close to the mall.
Our room was noisy.
We stay here often as my son is in treatment and the kids hospital and it is close to both the mall and hospital. The staff are helpful and considerate of our situation.

friendly at the front desk
PARKING and helpful parking at the front when they sold my paid for parking space
I needed to extend and could not stay in the same room knowing that the hotel was not full and after working 16 hour days we had no parking other than valet and that was an extra charge on top of the parking space I had already paid. I parked on the street several times.

booked 2
rooms for 2 male travelers in each room, but on checking into the hotel, the room was a queen bed with a sofa sleeper that if you pulled it out, you had nowhere to walk. Should say a one bed room (they don't have 2 double beds) and the sofa may only be suitable for a child.

This hotel was located across from my convention center meeting.
The rooms were cubicles. We had to twist and turn to navigate around inside.
This is a convenient hotel. It provides the basics. It is not the Hilton.

Great decor and very comfortable.
Room service. No decent food.
This hotel was a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach. It was very comfortable, very clean and modern looking. The room service food was very limited. I would stay there again.

Great Location, Wonderful Staff, Roof Top Restaurant and Lounge a big plus.
Room was little on the small side but did the job.
Great if you are going to work or with your significant other. Staff was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Good places to eat and being connected to the mall was a plus as well.

Size of room.
I did not agree that its a 4 star rating, especially when you compare it to the Hawaiian Prince which is very close by.
