The employees were helpful and very friendly.
Room was
too small.
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The features in my room, although small, were excellent with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and spacious closet. The room was kept very clean. I had a view of the city from a large window which I didn't expect. And the lobby is beautifully decorated and impressive.

Centrally located, spacious, well maintained and courteous staff.
Very close to Waikiki and competitively priced. Good location for all amenities.

Bellhop was helpful.
Linen was dirty and there were leaks in the bathroom.
This hotel should be rated 2 stars or less. Although it was renovated, the quality was questionable. On the day we checked in, the bed was made, but the linens were dirty. There was hair on the sheets. The bathroom was modern and could be nice, but the shower spray was spraying sideways, and the tap leaked from underneath, not unlike a bad renovation job. The overall feeling of the hotel room was dirty and uncomfortable. read more

The location wasn't bad. It was convenient to the mall, but in a busy area.
There were a few things. Our experience with the service was consistently bad; the room came without pens, paper, etc.; the bathroom smelled.
The hotel was ok. Clearly not a 4 star hotel. Prince is listed as a 4 star. This hotel is far inferior, so I would list it as a 3 star hotel even in the Waikiki area, maybe 3.5. We had several experiences with poor service, so it didn't seem like a fluke. I wonder if it's because of the business arrangement (i.e., independently owned condos, but operated by a separate management company). I'm just wondering if the separate management company isn't as incentives to offer good service. read more

Very close to beach, shopping, and Waikiki.
The hotel charged me directly on my credit card used to reserve my space.
The hotel is located next to ala Moana, Which is a large shopping mall with lots of stores from Dior and Armani to Macys and old navy. Directly across is a large park and beach.
