Rooms were outdated. Had trouble turning shower on.

For price hotel was OK. Room was out dated and we had issues turning shower on. Location was great right across from Colonie center.

There was other peoples hair in different places.

It was a pretty nice hotel and pretty quite. I'd stay there again cause the price was right too.

Clean, centrally located, rooms were plain, and with a with recent furniture.

Very adequate for the business traveler on a budget, or a family traveling on a budget. Safe neighborhood, near malls and restaurants, and was close to the airport.

Cheap.
Not as close to airport as I thought it was or should be.

Hard to get into or out of with the traffic patterns. Carpeting needs replacing. Breakfast didn't have what I have seen as usual items. Specifically oatmeal.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
My first room smelled like smoke, however I was promptly moved My first room smelled like smoke, however I was promptly moved without hesitation.

Overall this hotel is nice. The continental breakfast provided some basic nutrition. Milk was cold, coffee hot.

Accessibility to the airport and restaurants.
Overall, appearance was minimal.

Not a great place to stay long term if visiting Albany but certainly user friendly in terms of a short layover or waiting for a flight the next day.
