Location was great, bus stop (30) outside, lots of TV channels, free Internet.
The linen and towels, front rooms face Lombard st which is incredibly noisy day and night .
This place was okay, I would not stay here again simply because I now know what it is like and I am aware of other places on Lombard st which are probably of a better quality. In general it was the presentation of things within the hotel.
But on the positives, the location is good and the free Internet is great and the hotelier is nice.

Great location, comfortable room, clean as I could've asked for.
The stairs were loose a little, no big deal.
We could walk really close to Walgreens, bars, food etc. small view of the bridge, friendly staff, clean bathroom and bed, great price.

The rooms were not as clean as they should have been (half eaten pie in frig) Hotel keys not working in doors and a rat visited in our room.
