Lobby appearance is nice.
Rude and unhelpful staff and manager. Room smelled like mold.
This hotel has a nice appearance and lots of potential. Unfortunately even after calling ahead to confirm parking arrangements through the hotel, we were told at check in that we could not be accommodated. The manager and front desk staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. The ceiling and walls in our rooms and bathroom were stained with mold. The room also had a strong mold smell. Will not be returning. read more

Free breakfast buffet.
Smell stinch in original room, old soiled furniture, poor AC.
Smell stinch in original room, old soiled furniture, poor AC. Free breakfast buffet was good, that was all. Rooms need serious upgrading.

Neat room, good air condition and fast elevators.
Poor internet connection and poor presentation of aesthetics.
It is worth the money.

I liked the "Old New Orleans" feel of the hotel.
A friend recommended this hotel to me because she and her husband stayed there and the price is reasonable. I was just a bit hesitant because sometimes when you go cheaper you're usually disappointed and this was definitely not the case here. It has an "Old New Orleans" feel but still classy. The rooms had hardwood floors and was very clean. I did not interact with the staff much because my husband and I were in and out but everyone at the front desk had great personalities and we laughed during the whole check in process. read more

Very charming.
I thought it was very charming, I loved the iron beds in the room and the set up of the room. The view was magnificent looking out the windows.

The room was clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
No pool.
I would highly recommend this hotel if the traveler was not interested in a pool. Otherwise, location, comfort and overall convenience was exceptional for the price.

It's location.
The staff was horrible. They lied to me. Bathroom was filthy.
To sum it up, I called the hotel and asked if they were pet friendly. Hotel said yes, as long as my pets were less than 20lb
Bathroom was filthy. Walls were thin. Room smelled like smoke...cigarette butts everywhere. Valet parking only available. Horrific experience, but I don't blame Priceline.

The location to access downtown New Orleans.
Having to wait over 2 hrs for reservation.
